Shipping Information

Dispatch and Delivery Times:

We strive to dispatch your order swiftly. Approximately 99% of all purchases are sent from our warehouse within 24 hours and then shipped to you via Australia Post systems. Refer to the chart below for estimated Aus Post delivery times. 

Please Note: Jono and Johno have no control over the operations of Australia Post or their freight networks, and we can’t influence delivery times once your order leaves our warehouse.

Once you have a tracking ID, please contact Australia Post or StarTrack directly if you have questions about delivery delays.

 

Shipping Options:

1. Australia Post eParcel – Standard: This is a tracked standard delivery service.
2. Australia Post eParcel – Express: This is a faster, tracked delivery service.
3. Star Track Road Express: Despite the name, this is a standard tracked service and not an express option.  

eParcel is Australia Post’s term for items shipped via their main postal sorting hubs.  StarTrack are a freight and logistics business owned by Aus Post, they predominantly manage larger/heavier items and provide ‘road’ service to remote areas. 

Weight and Size Restrictions:

• Items under 22kg can be shipped using either Aus Post eParcel (Standard or Express) or Star Track Road Express.
• Items over 22kg are shipped exclusively via Star Track.
• Items exceeding 100cm in length are also shipped exclusively via Star Track.

 

Special Instructions for Star Track Deliveries:

• A delivery note is required for all Star Track shipments indicating a safe place to leave the parcel at your property.
• If no one is home at the time of delivery and no delivery instructions are provided, a re-delivery fee of $45 will apply.
